Day One is the diagnostic. You map the actual programme running you, on paper, in your own handwriting. The childhood installations. The commands that came online before you could question them. The adult patterns each one generates today. By the end of Day One you hold something almost nobody ever receives: a clear, named map of your own operating system.

Day Two · Saturday
Day Two is the day the programme comes apart. The deepest visualisation work Yousuf has ever built, across three sessions designed to reach the emotional memory that thinking cannot access. The Release Letter cycle is completed in the room: the primary roots, the loyalty letters, the weight that was never yours to carry.
